For the second year, Topps issued a special glossy set through their hobby dealers. This set is a direct parallel to the regular Topps Ttraded issue. These 132 cards are differentiated from the regular issue by their glossy fronts and very clear backs. These sets were only available through Topps' hobby dealers. According to original reports in 1985, only 5000 of these sets were produced.

A Bronze metal replica, similar to the Gallery of Champions cards, of Pete Rose's Topps Traded card was given as a gift to those Hobby dealers who ordered a set number of Topps Traded cases directly from Topps. The Rose "card" measures 1 1/4" X 1 3/4".
