2019 Topps Pro Debut is a 200-card Minor League set released May 22nd. Each 24-pack Hobby box will yield two Relics and two autographs.

2019 Panini Prizm is a 300-card set released May 15th. This is the first Prizm set in four years. Each 12-card Hobby pack will contain one Prizm parallel and one insert. Every fourth Hobby pack will yield an autograph.

2019 Topps Big League is a 400-card set released May 15th. Like the the previous year's product, it is targeted toward young collectors.

2019 Topps Tier One was released May 8th -- a couple of weeks earlier than last year's set. As usual, all cards are either autographs or relics and there is no base set in the traditional sense. Each three-card box will contain two autographs and a relic.

2019 Bowman was released April 17th -- about a week earlier than last year. Each Hobby box will yield one autograph, one Bowman Sterling insert, and one Chrome Prospect Atomic Refractor. Hobby Jumbo boxes will contain three autographs and two Bowman Sterling inserts.

2019 Diamond Kings was released by Panini April 9th. The base set is 150 cards with the last 50 short-printed, and twenty variations. Each Hobby pack will contain a card from one of seventeen insert sets. In addition, each 12-pack Hobby box will yield four parallels, one game-used memorabilia card, and an autograph.

2019 Topps Gypsy Queen is a 320-card set released March 27th. Each 24-pack Hobby box will yield two autographs and a pack of three Hobby only Chrome parallels.

2019 Topps Inception is a 100-card set released exclusively to Hobby outlets on March 20th -- three months earlier than the previous year's product. Each seven-card box will contain four base cards, two parallels, and an autograph.

2019 Topps Opening Day was released March 13th. As usual, the base set is a rehash of 200 cards from the Topps flagship. Each pack will yield one insert -- which are original to the product.

2019 Donruss is a 252-card set released by Panini America on March 6th. Each Hobby box will yield three autographs/game-used cards.

2019 Topps Heritage is a 500-card set released February 27th, 2018. The last 100 cards are short-printed. In keeping with the brand's aesthetic, the design is based on the 1970 Topps set. Each Hobby box will, as usual, yield a relic, an autograph or an autographed relic.

2019 Topps Series One is a 350-card set released January 30th -- although packs began showing up at mass market retail outlets a week earlier. This year's flagship has as its theme a celebration of Professional Baseball's 150th Anniversary, with Anniversary-themed inserts and parallels serial-numbered to 150 copies.

A big change to the product are the sheer number of non-parallel, non-"hit based," inserts. While, in recent years, Topps Baseball has had a massive number of inserts, for 2019 both the size of most insert sets and the insertion ratios have been greatly increased.

Also notable is a reduction in the size of the standard Hobby waxbox from 36 packs to 24 -- although the number of cards in each Hobby pack was enlarged from ten to fourteen.
