1994 Signature Rookies Tetrad is a 136-card multi-sport set featuring the year's top draft picks and prospects from the four major American sports. As with other Signature Rookies products, it is not licensed by any major sports league or player's association. Also like other Signature Rookies products, each pack contains an autograph.

The last 14 cards in the base set are short-printed
