Description

2001 E-X is a 140-card set issued in two series by Fleer. The first 130 cards were released as part of the 2001 E-X product, with cards 101-130 making up a "Rookie/Prospects" subset. Each Rookie/Prospect is serial-numbered to either 1999, 2499, or 2999 copies with some cards autographed by the player. Each 24-pack box should yield at Rookie/Prospect cards, one "Wall of Fame" card, one other game-used card, and an autograph.

The final ten cards (131-140) in the set were randomly inserted into packs of 2001 Fleer Platinum XRC in December, 2001. Each of these cards is serial-numbered to 499 copies.

Distribution

Hobby: 24 packs per box, five cards per pack (MSRP: $4.99).

8-pack retail Blaster: 8 packs per box, three cards per pack. (MSRP: $19.99).

14-pack retail Blasters: 14 packs per box, three cards per pack. (MSRP: $34.99).
