2002 Donruss Classics
Description
Released in June 2002.
The first 200 cards of the 225 card set was released in the standard hobby packs.
Cards 1-100 are the base cards while 101-225 make up the short prints. Two short prints (101-200) were inserted into each mini box. 101-150 are rookie and prospect cards while 151-200 are retired stars. Cards 201-225 were randomly inserted into packs of 2002 Donruss Rookies. All the short prints are serial numbered to 1500 sets.
Distribution
Hobby: six cards per pack, nine cards per mini box, 2 mini boxes per Hobby box and 4 Hobby boxes per case.
