This 25-card set was randomly inserted into packs. Packs NOT containing a card from one of the other three insert sets (which was most of them), were guaranteed to yield an All-Star. The backs of each card contain information on how to acquire a special foil-stamped jumbo version of the set. For only C$20 and any five standard-sized All-Stars, a collector would receive a full 25-card, 5" X 7", foil-stamped version of this set. Only 5000 serial-numbered foil-stamped jumbo sets were produced.

In addition, a non-foil-stamped jumbo card was inserted into each sealed wax box. Although the cards are not serial-numbered, only 2400 Jumbos were produced.
