Game Jerseys
Cards marked with an "H" are Hobby exclusive, "HR" are in both Hobby and retail packs. The numeral denotes the series. No multi-color patches were used in this set - proceed with caution if you see a Game Jersey card with a multi-color patch as it could be counterfeit. However, two-color jersey swatches - which are different from patches - exist and are legitimate (an example would be a jersey swatch with a different color pinstripe, like Derek Jeter’s).

Game Jersey Autograph Hand-Numbered
Some players with a Game Jersey insert had an autographed version that was hand-numbered (or "crash numbered" in Upper Deck's terminology) to the player's uniform jersey number.
There are three main markers that distinguish a hand-numbered autograph from a non-numbered autograph version, which is important for guarding against frauds (i.e., a counterfeiter applying a handwritten serial number to a non-numbered autograph version).
- Card number on back in upper left corner has a prefix of "HN-XX" (hand numbered), "CN-XX" (crash numbered), or a suffix of "XX-S"
- The text on the back states, "You have received a Game-Worn Jersey baseball card personally autographed and crash numbered by [Player]"
- The Upper Deck hologram in the lower left corner on the back is gold.
If a player has a non-numbered autographed version with the same photo on the cardfront, the card prefix will be either "HN-" or "CN-". If the player has a non-numbered version with a different photo on the cardfront, the card suffix will be "-S" (see Derek Jeter NOTE below)
NOTES
- Both of Manny Ramirez's cards packed out as redemptions. The Series One card expired July 15th, 2000; while the Series Two exchange card expired March 6th, 2001.
- Ken Griffey, Jr.'s Series Two card depicts him as a Cincinnati Red, but the swatch is from a Seattle Mariners batting practice jersey.
- There are two versions of Ken Griffey, Jr.'s Series Two hand-numbered autograph /30 that feature different stock photos of Griffey in a Reds uniform - however, both versions state the card is “crash-numbered” on the back. This text + the HN- (i.e., hand-numbered) or CN- (i.e., crash-numbered) are the distinctions between the non-numbered auto and the serial-numbered auto:
- HN-KG: Features him in a Reds uniform facing frontwards and is the same photo used in his autographed non-numbered version.
- CN-KG: Features him in a Reds uniform with his back facing frontwards and him looking over his shoulder.
- Derek Jeter's hand-numbered autograph version features a different player photo of him on the front: he is running in his hand-numbered auto version, while his non-numbered autograph version has a photo of him batting.
- No multi-color patches were used in this set - proceed with caution if you see a Game Jersey Autograph card with a multi-color patch as it could be counterfeit. However, two-color Jersey swatches - which are different from patches - exist and are legitimate (an example would be a jersey swatch with a different color pinstripe, like Derek Jeter’s).
Cards below are ordered by their numbering on the back. The serial number (i.e., "crash number") to the player's uniform number follows the player's name. In parentheses are the distribution details: "H" are Hobby exclusive, "HR" are in both Hobby and retail packs, and the numeral denotes the series.

Game Jersey Autograph Non-Hand-Numbered
This set is a partial-parallel of the Game Jersey Autographed Hand-Numbered cards listed above, and was exclusive to Series Two Hobby packs. There were two main markers that distinguish a non-numbered autograph version from a hand-numbered autograph version, which is important for guarding against frauds (i.e., a counterfeiter applying a handwritten serial number to a non-numbered autograph version):
- Card number on back in upper left corner has a prefix of "H-XX".
- The Upper Deck hologram in the lower left corner on the back is silver.
Be weary of hand-numbered Game Jersey autographs that feature a "H-XX" prefix on the back - these may be genuine autographs, but feature a forged hand-number on the front. Further, no multi-color patches were used in this set - proceed with caution if you see a Game Jersey Autograph card with a multi-color patch as it could be counterfeit.

Game Jersey Patch 1 of 1's
According to Beckett, Game Jersey Patch 1 of 1 parallels were randomly inserted into both first and second series packs and feature game-used jersey patches, just like the regular versions. However, these parallels are serial numbered differently across Series One and Two as they either show a "1/1" machine stamp or handwritten "1/1" numbering on the front:
Series One cards:
- Are machine-numbered "1/1" in black font on front
- Feature a different player photo for distinction from the non-1/1 Game Jersey Patch cards
- Do not have a "1-of-1" text descriptor on the back, as seen on the Series Two cards
Series Two cards:
- Are hand-numbered "1/1" in blue ink sharpie on front
- Do not feature a different player photo for distinction from the non-1/1 Game Jersey Patch cards
- Feature text on the card back stating: "Congratulations! You have received a 1-of-1 [Player Name] Game-Used Patch trading card from the Upper Deck Company, LLC..." for distinction
The checklist below lists all players with a 1/1 Game Jersey Patch parallel. The numeral after the player name below indicates the Series the card was exclusive to:

eVolve
Every Series Two Hobby box included a box topper pack that yielded two e-Card inserts (see above). Each e-Card depicted one of six players and featured a unique numeric code - collectors were instructed to enter this numeric code on an Upper Deck website and were informed if they held a "winner" e-Card. Collectors with a winning e-Card could redeem it for one of the three "eVolved" cards:
- eVolve Game Jersey
- eVolve Autograph
- eVolve Game Jersey Autograph
eVolve Game Jerseys
Each eVolve Game Jersey has the same design as the Game Jersey inserts but have a gold-foil Upper Deck logo and circular gold-foil "eVolve" stamp on the front of the card. Each card is hand-numbered to 300 copies.
NOTES
- Some players were featured in both 2000 and 2001 eVolve Game Jersey (same design) - these are identifiable by the different player photo on the front and number on the back.
- Jersey swatch colors were consistent throughout the eVolve set and no multi-color patches were used in this set - proceed with caution if you see an eVolve Game Jersey with a multi-color patch as it could be counterfeit.

- Some cards featured both black and blue ink: blue ink for autographing and black ink for the hand-numbering. Other cards featured blue ink for both the autographs and the hand-numbering; cards with machine serial-numbering featured blue ink autographs.

- Black and blue ink was used for autographing and some players feature autographs in both ink colors
