Description

2025 Topps Now Road to Opening Day is a series of ten-card team sets, all produced to order by Topps. Each set retailed for $44.99. Unlike the traditional Topps Now cards, which were only available for a 24 hour period, Road to Opening Day sets were sold Beginning March 19th until April 10th. Each set also contained a randomly-inserted parallel serial-numbered to 99 copies or fewer.

Also available were Autograph Collector Packs. For $174.99, collectors would receive a ten-card pack containing eight randomly selected base cards, one Gold Foil parallel serial-numbered to 24 copies, and a randomly selected autograph serial-numbered to 99 copies or fewer.

The ten-card Dodgers team set was also available in a Japanese version. These cards feature the player's name in Kanji. 5939 sets were sold.

Inserts

Bonus

Bonus cards were issued to those who purchased a Road to Opening Day team set. If a player on that team -- even if that player does NOT appear in the team set -- achieved one of five milestones during the 2025 season (including postseason play), the collector would receive a Bonus card. The five milestones were:

Pitcher(s) throws a no-hitter or perfect game.
Pitcher throws a complete game shutout.
Pitcher throws 15 Ks in a game.
Player hits for the cycle.
Player hits 3 HRs in a game.

NOTE: Cards distributed through the Autograph Collector Packs are not eligible for this promotion -- even if the player accomplished one of the five milestones. Only team set purchasers got these cards. Because of this, the production run of the Bonus cards does NOT match the production run of the base cards.
