1999 Upper Deck MVP Preview is a 110-card set, distributed exclusively to retail outlets. The set is a skip-numbered partial-parallel of the 1999 Upper Deck MVP base set, which was released about a month and a half after the Preview set. All cards have "PREVIEW" stamped on the front.
