1988 Topps Stickers

From BaseballCardPedia.com

Description

1988 Topps Stickers is a 313-sticker set. As with previous sets dating back to 1982, each sticker was designed to be affixed into a custom album (sold separately). Each sticker measures 2 1/8" X 3". This was the first year Topps produced their own sticker set. In previous years, Topps outsourcing the production of their sticker set to Panini -- who created their own competing sticker set in 1988.

New for '88 were Super Stars, which were printed on the backs of each sticker.

A Canadian version was sold under the O-Pee-Chee brand; however, unlike cards, the OPC Sticker checklist is identical to Topps'. The only difference between Topps and OPC Stickers is the use of French text on the back of each sticker, and a bilingual album.
