1979 Topps Burger King
Description[edit]
1979 Topps Burger King are two, 23-card, regionally-distributed, sets: one for the New York Yankees and one for the Philadelphia Phillies. Again the cards were virtually identical to the 1979 Topps base set and were distributed at Burger King restaurants in the New York and Philadelphia areas, respectively. The Phillies set is notable as it featured the first Topps-issued card of Pete Rose depicted as a Phillie.
