Description
This one-card tribute to the recently-deceased Hall of Famer and beloved Phillies broadcaster was made available as part of a wrapper-redemption program to attendees of the SportsFest '98 card show, May 28th-31th, in Philadelphia. The card is done in the style of that year's Collector's Choice set.
