Description
For the third consecutive year, all five MLB Properties licensees teamed up to produce a special wrapper redemption set for the MLB All-Star Game FanFest in Philadelphia. For the '96 game, each card company produced a special card of Phillies Hall of Fame pitcher Steve Carlton.
