1997 New Pinnacle
Description
1997 New Pinnacle is a 200-card set released in June 1997. Rather than issue a second series of Pinnacle Baseball, an entirely new set, complete with new checklist, new design, and new inserts was created. Although largely a lackluster product, New Pinnacle was the first baseball card set to randomly seed into packs the actual plates used to product the cards.
