For the 2018 All-Star Game FanFest, Topps released two six-card sets. Collectors who open two packs of most 2018 Topps products at their FanFest corporate booth would receive one card from a six-card set. This set is done in the style of the recently-released Big League product. Unfortunately, packs of Big League were not eligible for this promotion.

The other six-card set is a manufactured patch set. Anyone buying a 2018 Topps All-Star Edition Factory Set would receive one of the six manu-patches. Each patch is serial-numbe3red to 100 copies.
