Poly Pack

Poly-pack: A method of packaging using various kinds of plastic. Introduced as an alternative to wax packs, it was successful because it prevented wax stains, but the transparency of the plastic usually left packs vulnerable to pack searching. Poly-packs made their debut in 1991 Stadium Club, but were phased out by the end of '93.
