2002 Finest
Description
2002 Finest is a 110-card set released by Topps exclusive to Hobby outlets in the Summer of 2002. In a radical overhaul for the brand, the last ten cards in the base set make up an Autographed First Year Player subset -- the first time autographed cards were included in the base set. In addition, 2002 marked the debut of the "mini box" packaging Finest would be known for in future years. Each six-pack mini box would yield one Autographed First Year Player card.
Distribution
Three, six-pack mini boxes per box (MSRP: $50 mini box), five cards per pack. 12 boxes per case. Hobby only.
