1986 Fleer League Leaders is a 44-card boxed set produced for, and exclusively distributed by, Walgreen's drug stores. As the title suggests, the set features leaders in various statistical categories.

The boxed set does include a rookie year Jose Canseco card -- although it's curious as to why he was included as a "League Leader."
