1994 Action Packed Scouting Report is a 72-card all-embossed Minor League set. The set includes Minor League cards of Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez as well as one of the few officially-licensed non-Upper Deck baseball cards of Michael Jordan.
Distribution
Wax: 24 packs per box, ten cards per pack.
Jumbo: 20 packs per box, 20 cards per pack.
Tin Packs: 5 Bowman jumbo packs and 8 Bowman's Best cards
