1994 Topps Archives

From BaseballCardPedia.com

Description

1994 Topps Archives is a 257-card reprint of the 1954 Topps set. The set reprints all but three cards from the original set and adds eight "cards that never were." In a rare show of inter-company cooperation, the '54 Topps cards of Ted Williams (#1 and #250) and a "card that never was" of Mickey Mantle (#259) were inserted into packs of 1994 Upper Deck All-Time Heroes. Mickey Mantle was exclusive to Bowman in 1954, and both Mantle and Williams were exclusive to Upper Deck in 1994.
