1999 Upper Deck Encore is a 180-card parallel brand released in October, 1999. The set consists of 90 holographic-foil reprints from the 1999 Upper Deck flagship, plus 90 short-prints divided into three subsets: Star Rookies (#91-135), Homer's Odyssey (136-165), and Strokes of Genius (166-180).
