1995 Zenith
Description
1995 Zenith is a 150-card set released in August, 1995. Zenith was Pinnacle Brands' first foray into a Finest/Flair/SP-style "super-premium" product. The cards are made of thick stock and borderless.
The naming of the brand is conspicuously redundant as pinnacle and zenith mean the same thing. The front design features an Egyptian pyramid apparently alluding to the Arabic word Zenith.
Included is a subset of 40 Rookies (111-150). The regular issued cards are in alphabetical order by first name.
Notable Rookie Cards in this set include Bobby Higginson and Hideo Nomo.
Distribution
24 packs per box, six cards per pack plus one checklist (MSRP: $4.99). Hobby only
