Description

1997 Metal Universe set (produced by Fleer) is a 250-card, single-series set printed on 100 percent etched foil with UV-coating. At the time, Fleer was owned by Marvel Entertainment, and many of the famed comic book publisher's artists were involved in the design of the set -- giving Metal its trademark "comic book" look.
