Description
2003 Finest is a 110-card set released by Topps exclusively to Hobby outlets in May, 2003. The last 10 cards in the base set make up an Autographed Rookie subset.
Each Hobby box contains three, six-pack mini boxes with either an autograph or a Relic card in every mini box.
Distribution
Three, s-xpack mini boxes plus one Uncirculated Gold X-Fractor per box (MSRP: $36 per mini box), 5 cards per pack. Hobby only.
