Description
From 1990 to 1993 Topps produced a card of that year's Golden Spikes winner -- which is presented by USA Baseball to America's best collegiate player. The card was distributed at attendees of USA Baseball's annual Golden Spikes presentation ceremony. The front of each card is done in the style of the following year's Topps Baseball flagship set with the back containing information on the awards ceremony.
