Description

Released in mid-August of 1998, Pacific Online featured 750 player cards, 20 variations, and 30 team checklists. Every card contained a URL that corresponded with the either the pictured player or team. Red and gold foil parallels were available in packs. A Web foil card, which are extremely scarce, were only available though the web site using a code printed on the back of some of the red and gold parallels.

To add some spice to the set, the manufacturer decided to create two versions of twenty top stars. These cards are designed and (unfortunately) numbered identically, but feature totally different photos on both the front and back. For simplification to checklisting, we've added A and B suffixes to these cards, and added descriptions of the photos in an attempt to differentiate them.
