Description
1994 Church's Hometown Stars is a 28-card set produced by Pinnacle Brands. Collectors who purchased a nine-piece family meal during the months of April and May, 1994 would get a pack of four cards for free. Collectors could also get a pack for $0.69 with any other fried chicken order.
Each pack contained three regular cards and one gold parallel card. Despite being produced by Pinnacle Brands (at the time a licensee), this set is not licensed by MLB Properties. A portion of the proceeds from card sales went to Habitat for Humanity.
