Description
1984 Topps Gallery of Immortals is a twelve-card, all-metal, rendition of star cards from the 1984 Topps set. The twelve players were selected by a panel including Willie Mays, Joe Garagiola, and Dick Young of the New York Daily News. All twelve cards were cast in solid bronze and measured 1 1/4" X 1 3/4".
Each set, which was exclusive to Hobby accounts, came in a red velvet-lined leather case with a serial-numbered certificate of authenticity. In addition, 1000 Silver sets were also available.
