The 2010 Upper Deck Baseball set was released the first week of February, 2010.  Upper Deck's license with Major League Baseball Properties (MLBP) expired at the end of 2009, and UD was tight-lipped as to their plans for 2010 --- going as far as not releasing sell-sheets to The Hobby.  Just a few days before the product went live, Upper Deck was sued by Major League Baseball Properties and Topps for copyright infringement.
