1991 Score All-Star FanFest is an 11-card set that was issued with a 3-D 1946 World Series "Magic Motion" trivia card.  The set features young players, whom Score projected to be future All-Stars. The cards were distributed exclusively at the Major League Baseball All-Star FanFest in Toronto and at the National Sports Collectors Convention in Anaheim, CA.

The same 11-card set was also given away at the 1991 National Candy Wholesaler's of America convention in St. Louis.  The NCWA set is identical to the FanFest set except for the words "N.C.W.A. Summer Convention 1991" on the reverse.

N.C.W.A. Convention Set

The same 11-card set was also given away at the 1991 National Candy Wholesaler's of America convention in St. Louis. The NCWA set is identical to the FanFest set except for the words "N.C.W.A. Summer Convention 1991" on the reverse.
