This twelve-card set features the artwork of Dick Perez.  The first six cards were randomly inserted into 15-card wax packs, and all featured players who had changed teams in the 1991-92 off-season.  The final six cards were seeded at the rate of one-per 40-card jumbo pack.

1992 Triple Play is a 264-card set, produced by Donruss. Marketed towards for children ages 5-12, Triple Play featured bright red borders, player quotes, fun facts. Subsets include Little Hotshots (picturing some players when they were kids) and Awesome Action.

This set features the first, officially-licensed, mainstream trading card of the Phillie Phanatic.

Each pack contained a scratch-off game card. The prizes along with the odds and quantities are below:
