Description

1994 Action Packed Scouting Report is a 72-card all-embossed Minor League set. The set includes Minor League cards of Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez as well as one of the few officially-licensed non-Upper Deck baseball cards of Michael Jordan.

This set is a partial-parallel of the Franchise Gem subset, but stamped with real 24K gold leaf. We estimate 2000 copies of each 24K Gold card were produced.

In addition, each card is also available in a Diamond parallel, featuring a real diamond chip on the card. Theses cards were available via redemption cards and were serial-numbered to 100 copies. Each Diamond card is sequentially-numbered with a "D" suffix.

-Action Packed Scouting Report is a 72-card all-embossed Minor League set.  This would be the only year Bowman went with a borderless design.  Until [[1999 Victory]], it would also be the last baseball card product released without any inserts.  There are 52 Foil cards (337-388) that include a number of top young stars and prospects. These foil cards were issued one per foil pack and two per jumbo -- although these cards are NOT short-printed.
