Description
1982 Topps Stickers is a 260 sticker set produced by Panini under license from Topps. Each sticker measures 1 15/16" X 2 9/16" and were designed to be affixed into an accompanying album. This would be the first year of a six year partnership between Topps and Panini.
To promote the introduction of this set, a special 48 sticker promo set was inserted into packs of 1982 Topps.
O-Pee-Chee
Just like with their cards, a bi-lingual edition of the Topps Stickers set was distributed by O-Pee-Chee for the Canadian market. Unlike 1982 O-Pee-Chee, the checklist of OPC Stickers is identical to that of the Topps set. The only difference between the Topps and OPC sets are the bi-lingual sticker backs.
The album is also virtually identical to the Topps version, but for the addition of French text.
Distribution
100 pouches per box, five stickers per pouch (MSRP: $0.20) Album (MSRP: $0.25)
