	Similar to previous year's promotions, 1991 Topps Baseball Chrome Refractors is a 100-card set distributed as premiums at participating Hobby stores. Each card is a Chrome "Tire Tread" Refractor done in the style of the 1991 Topps set, but it is NOT a parallel of the 1991 inserts seeded in packs. Collectors who purchase a full Hobby box will receive a four card pack and those buying a Jumbo box will receive two packs. Randomly seeded in packs are "colored" Refractors and autographs, also done in the "Tire Tread" pattern (see below).
