Topps released three Topps Now sets during and after the 2023 World Baseball Classic. First, was a 73-card set which, like the conventional Topps Now cards, was released during the tournament and featured highlights of the previous days action. Each card was available for a 24-hour period at a price of $9.99.

All-WBC Team was sold as a 12-card set, and was available for seven days beginning March 22nd. 2535 sets were sold at a price of $49.99 each.

The third and final set was a 12-card set of the champion Japan team. This set was also available for seven days beginning March 22nd. 4747 sets were sold at a price of $49.99.
