			Winners of the 2020 Topps "Celebration of the Decades" promotion, were invited to a special event that took place in Las Vegas in November 2021. All attendees received a 100-card Decades' Best set. The set is, essentially, a partial-parallel of the insert of the same name from [[2020 Topps\|that year's flagship product.]] Each card has a "Celebration of the Decades" foil stamp. 100 sets (one for each attendee) were produced, with each set also yielding one of ten autographs, each serial-numbered to ten.
