			Cincinnati Reds prospect Hunter Greene, who was injured and did not play the 2019 season, signed 200 autographed cards for Topps at the 2019 NSCC. These cards were available on a first-come first-served basis to the first 100 collectors who showed up at Topps' corporate booth on the Friday and Saturday of the 2019 NSCC -- no purchase necessary.

			The card Greene signed is done in the style of the [[2019 Bowman]] set, but unlike the autographs in the Chrome redemption packs, this is printed on "paper" stock. In addition, although Greene signed 200 autographs, the cards are NOT serial-numbered.

2019 Bowman Chrome NSCC is a 50-card set distributed exclusively at the 2019 National Sports Collectors Convention, which took place July 31st-August 4th in Rosemont, IL. Collectors who purchased a specially-marked full box of 2019 Topps products would receive a four-card pack from this set. All cards are done in the style of the [[2019 Bowman Chrome]] set, but with a "Prism Refractor" sheen and the 2019 NSCC logo on the front.

Autographs were randomly inserted into these packs.
