			2013 Topps Allen & Ginter's is a 350-card set released August 7th, 2013. As usual, each 24-pack Hobby box will contain three autographs/game-used Relics/Rip Cards.

			New for 2013 are Double Rip Cards which have two mini-sized cards embedded inside. 2013 Allen & Ginter's also contains the first pack-certified autographs of soccer legend Pele.

	For the first time, a limited number of Framed Red Ink Autographs were seeded into packs. Only a handful of players are known to exist, as Topps did not released a checklist of Framed vs. Unframed Red Ink Autographs. ~~These~~ Framed Red Ink Autographs were produced in much greater quantities than the Rip Card Red Inks. A list of known Framed Red Ink Autographs is as follows, which each card hand-numbered to the production figures listed below.
