2003 Fleer 3D is a 72 "card" set that was released exclusively to mass-market retail outlets in September, 2003. Each "card" was a perforated sheet with various body parts that, when put together, creates a miniature statue of the player.

The set is sub-divided into six, 12-card subsets: Sliding (#1-#12), Fielding (#13-#24), Diving (#25-#36), Left-Handed Batting (#37-#48), Right-Handed Batting (#49-#60), and Pitching (#61-#72).

The set was distributed in blister packs, with one per-assembled statue and a pack of four "cards" in each blister.
