1991 Classic Draft Picks is a 50-card set featuring players selected in that year's MLB Draft. 330,000 sets were distributed to Hobby dealers; while 165,000 sets were sold to retail outlets. The Hobby sets were sold in a sealed 50-card plastic snap box along with a serial-numbered Certificate of Authenticity. The retail sets will issued inside a blister card.

An addition 1500 "test" sets were also produced.
