	1989 O-Pee-Chee is a 396-card set produced for the Canadian market. As usual, the design is identical to that of [[1989 Topps\|Topps' flagship set.]] The only distinctions between the Topps and OPC sets are the bilingual text and the O-Pee-Chee copyright on the backs. The cards were also printed on a lighter, brighter, cardstock -- similar to ~~the Tiffanys~~.		1989 O-Pee-Chee is a 396-card set produced for the Canadian market by the O-Pee-Chee company of London, Ontario. 	Since O-Pee-Chee was half the size of Topps, the checklist is skewed towards players from the two Canadian teams. There is a five-card 1988 World Series Highlights subset that was not available in Topps. And since OPC was issued months after the Topps set, traded players were able to have their new teams and dates of trade notated on their card. 			The same sixteen "cards" that were printed on the bottom of 1989 Topps wax boxes, were also printed on the bottom of OPC boxes. The only difference between the two is the O-Pee-Chee logo on the front, and the French text on the back.
