			* On early copies of card #3, there appears a white "triangle" next to Mark McGwire's left foot. This was quickly corrected.

			* Early copies of card #4 have a block of text on the front that does not appear on other Record Breaker subset cards. This too, was also quickly corrected.

			* Probably the most significant error card was that of #18 which had a photo of Yankee farm hand Steve George instead of Al Leiter. A correction was issued.

			* Steve Carlton was on the provisional checklist as card #455; however, he was released after the '87 season and pulled from the '88 Topps checklist (to be replaced by Shawn Hillegas). Early copies of Checklist #4 (card #528 in the set), show card #455 as Carlton. Corrections were issued.

			* Card #778 shows the word "PADRES" in either white or blue text. The white card is scarcer.
