	A panel of four cards from this eight-card set were printed directly on the bottom of each wax box. The set parallels the eight box cards from [[1987 Topps]] and measure the same 2 1/8" X 3 1/4"; however, unlike the Topps cards which were printed on the sides of the box and came in pairs of two, the OPC cards were printed on the bottom of the box in a panel of four. 			This set is an abridgement of the 1987 Topps set. The 396 standard-size cards comprising the 1987 O-Pee-Chee set differ from the cards of the 1987 Topps set by having a higher ratio of cards of players from the two Canadian teams, a practice begun by O-Pee-Chee in 1977 and continued to 1988. The backs include the player's name and bilingual position. Some backs also have bilingual career highlights, some have bilingual baseball facts, and still others have both or neither. The O-Pee-Chee logo appears on the front of every card.
