2011 Donruss Elite Extra Edition was released the week of January 2nd, 2012.  This is Panini America's first baseball card set since acquiring an MLBPA license; however, despite this, the product focuses on draft picks and prospects and contains only a token amount (25) actual Major League players.  190 prospects signed autographs for the product including 30 players selected in the first round of the 2011 MLB First-Year Draft.  

Each 20-pack waxbox should yield six autographs, with every fifth box yielding ten autos.
